Cancellation Policy

Because every JerseyVibe order is printed on demand, production usually begins the same day you place your order. This policy explains exactly when you can cancel and how.

1. Cancellation Window

You may request a full cancellation within 2 hours of placing your order. Up to that moment, your order is still in our queue and has not yet been sent to the print facility.

2. After Production Has Started

Once 2 hours pass, your item is almost always already in production. We cannot cancel at that point because the materials have been cut, the print has been applied, or assembly is underway. This is inherent to on-demand custom products.

3. How to Request a Cancellation

Email support@jerseyvibe.co with:

  • Your order number (from the confirmation email)
  • A short reason for cancellation (so we can improve)

Include the word CANCEL in the subject line so we catch it quickly. Cancellations requested within the 2-hour window are approved within a few minutes, and your refund is initiated immediately.

4. Partial Cancellation

If you ordered multiple items and only want to cancel one of them, mention that clearly in your email. We’ll refund the cancelled line and continue producing the rest.

5. What If I Need to Change an Address or Personalization?

Small edits — address typos, a misspelled name, a different photo — can often be handled within the same 2-hour window. Email us as soon as you notice. We’ll do our best.

6. Refund Timing

Approved cancellation refunds are sent back to your original payment method. The bank or card issuer typically posts the credit within 7–10 business days.
