  • Information collected automatically — IP address, browser type, device identifiers, referring URL, pages viewed, and cookies (see section 5).

2. How We Use Your Information

  • Fulfill and ship your orders, and communicate about them.
  • Provide customer support.
  • Send transactional emails (order confirmation, shipping updates, refunds).
  • Send marketing emails, only if you opt in; you can unsubscribe any time.
  • Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents.
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms.

3. Who We Share Information With

We never sell your personal data. We share it only with:

Our Site is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us data, email support@jerseyvibe.co and we’ll delete it.
