Shipping Policy

Every JerseyVibe order is printed and assembled on demand, so please read this page carefully before placing your order. It explains production time, shipping time, shipping options, and what to do if something goes wrong.

1. Where We Ship

We currently ship within the United States, including all 50 states and APO/FPO addresses. International shipping is available for select products at checkout.

2. Production Time

Because your item is personalized, it is printed specifically for you. Production typically takes 3–5 business days from the time you place your order. Certain product types (e.g., blankets, multi-panel pajamas) may need 1–2 additional business days. You will see the estimated production time at checkout.

3. Shipping Time

After production, shipping within the U.S. typically takes:

  • Standard shipping — 5–8 business days
  • Expedited shipping — 3–5 business days (where available)

Total estimated time from order to delivery: 8–13 business days for standard, 6–10 business days for expedited.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and selected method. Orders over $50 ship free within the United States under our standard option.

5. Order Tracking

The moment your parcel leaves the facility, we email you a tracking number. You can also view tracking from your account page.

6. Delays Outside Our Control

Once a parcel is handed to the carrier, delivery time is in their hands. The following can cause delays and are not grounds for a refund on shipping:

  • Severe weather, natural disasters, carrier strikes, or customs issues
  • Incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout
  • Unclaimed parcels at pickup points
  • Peak-season slowdowns (Black Friday, December holidays)

7. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Parcels

If tracking shows “delivered” but you did not receive your parcel, please first check with neighbors and your local carrier. If still missing after 48 hours, email support@jerseyvibe.co with your order number and we’ll open a claim with the carrier.

If your item arrives damaged, email us a photo within 14 days of delivery and we’ll replace or refund it — see our Return & Refund Policy.

8. Wrong Address

We ship to the address exactly as entered at checkout. Please double-check before submitting. If you notice a mistake, email us within 2 hours and we’ll try to update it before production begins. After that, changes are rarely possible.
