Welcome to JerseyVibe. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of jerseyvibe.co (the “Site”) and every purchase you make here. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to purchase on JerseyVibe. By checking out, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the payment method you use is yours.

2. Account Information

When you create an account or place an order, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity that takes place under your account.

3. Products and Personalization

Almost every product on JerseyVibe is printed on demand and personalized based on the information you provide at checkout (photo, name, message). Because of this:

  • You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the content you upload.
  • Once production has started, customizations cannot be changed — see our Cancellation Policy.
  • Real-world colors may vary slightly from screen depictions due to monitor calibration, fabric type, and lighting.

4. Orders, Pricing, and Payment

All prices are in U.S. Dollars and exclude sales tax and shipping unless stated otherwise. Tax and shipping are calculated at checkout. We reserve the right to:

  • Correct pricing errors at any time, including after an order is placed.
  • Refuse or cancel any order (e.g., suspected fraud, product unavailability).
  • Limit quantities available for promotional pricing.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery estimates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. Once the parcel is with the carrier, delivery time is in their hands. Please read our full Shipping Policy for production times, costs, and lost-parcel procedures.

6. Returns and Refunds

Because items are custom-made, most sales are final. Exceptions exist for damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped items. Full terms are in our Return & Refund Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

JerseyVibe owns (or licenses) all content, templates, and branding on the Site. You may not reproduce or redistribute any of it without written permission. By uploading content, you confirm you have the right to use it. Full terms are in our Intellectual Property Rights policy, including DMCA procedures.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site for any unlawful purpose.
  • Upload content that is defamatory, obscene, hateful, or that infringes any third-party right.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts, servers, or systems.
  • Use automated scrapers, bots, or crawlers to collect data from the Site.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

9. Third-Party Links

The Site may link to third-party websites (payment providers, social networks, shipping carriers). We are not responsible for their content or practices. Review their terms before using their services.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and all content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, except those that cannot be excluded under applicable law. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Site.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JerseyVibe is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or a purchase. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order that gave rise to the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless JerseyVibe, its officers, employees, and partners from any claims arising out of your violation of these Terms, your infringement of third-party rights, or content you upload.

14. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version takes effect when posted here. For material changes we will notify registered customers by email.

15. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which JerseyVibe is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved first by good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, it will be handled by the competent courts of that state.
