1. JerseyVibe’s Content

All original designs, templates, illustrations, text, graphics, logos, icons, and product photography on jerseyvibe.co are the property of JerseyVibe or our licensors and are protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws.

You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or publicly display any JerseyVibe content without our prior written permission. Personal, non-commercial use on your device (saving a product image to compare with a friend, for example) is permitted.

2. Content You Provide

When you upload a photo, logo, name, or message for personalization, you warrant and represent that:

  • You own or have permission to use that content.
  • The content does not infringe any third party’s copyright, trademark, right of publicity, or other rights.
  • The content is not defamatory, obscene, hateful, or otherwise unlawful.

You grant JerseyVibe a limited, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, and print the content solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order.

3. Prohibited Content

We will refuse to produce any order that includes:

  • Third-party trademarks, brand logos, or copyrighted characters without proof of license
  • Photos of celebrities or public figures without their consent
  • Hate symbols, explicit sexual content, or depictions of minors in inappropriate contexts
  • Content that promotes violence or illegal activity

If we detect such content after payment, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund.

4. DMCA / Copyright Infringement Notices

If you believe content on our Site infringes your copyright, send a written notice to support@jerseyvibe.co including all of the following information required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(c):

  1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner (or an authorized agent).
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
  3. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate it (URL or product ID).
  4. Contact information (address, phone, email) for the complaining party.
  5. A statement that the complaining party has a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

We will review and, if appropriate, remove the allegedly infringing content and notify the user who provided it. Repeat infringers will have their accounts terminated.

5. Trademarks

“JerseyVibe” and our associated logos are trademarks of JerseyVibe. Other product and company names mentioned on the Site may be trademarks of their respective owners.
