Billing Terms & Conditions

These Billing Terms apply to every purchase on jerseyvibe.co. By placing an order, you agree to these terms in addition to our Privacy Policy and Return & Refund Policy.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to place an order. By checking out, you represent that you meet this requirement and are the authorized user of the payment method you provide.

2. Order Acceptance

An order is not confirmed until you receive our order-confirmation email. Until then, we may decline or cancel an order for reasons including:

Payment authorization failure
Suspected fraud or unusual purchase patterns
Product availability issues
Incomplete or inaccurate information

3. Pricing, Taxes, and Shipping

All prices shown are in U.S. Dollars and exclude sales tax and shipping unless stated otherwise. Tax is calculated at checkout based on your destination; shipping is calculated based on destination and method. The full, final amount is shown before you authorize payment.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time, including after an order has been placed. In such rare cases, you will be notified promptly and given the option to proceed at the corrected price or cancel for a full refund.

4. Billing and Charges

Your card is charged at the moment you place the order. The charge descriptor on your statement will appear as “JerseyVibe” or the corresponding processor descriptor. If you have questions about a charge, contact support@jerseyvibe.co before disputing with your bank.

5. Custom / Personalized Products

Most items on JerseyVibe are made to order with the photo, name, or message you provide. Because of this:

You are responsible for the accuracy of uploaded photos, spellings, sizes, and other customizations.
Once production starts, cancellations and changes are no longer possible — see our Cancellation Policy.
Refunds for buyer-caused customization errors are not offered.

6. Failed or Reversed Payments

If a payment is reversed by your bank or payment provider after we have started production, we reserve the right to suspend your account and cancel the order. Any associated recovery costs may be passed on.

7. Promotional Codes

Promo codes (e.g., LOVE20, DS5, DS10) are subject to:

Single-use per customer unless explicitly stated otherwise
Minimum order value where stated
No combination with other offers unless noted
Expiration date as shown in the promotion
